Trust & Transparency Standards

At Insights, trust isn’t a bonus—it’s the foundation. We believe wellbeing should be grounded in clarity, integrity, and informed choice. That’s why we hold all listed practitioners and collaborators to a set of standards that prioritize ethics, transparency, and alignment.

What We Look for in Practitioners

To be part of the Insights Directory, practitioners must demonstrate:

  • Training or Credentialing: Proof of credentials, certifications, or lived-experience-based expertise appropriate to their modality.

  • Ethical Practice: A commitment to honesty, informed consent, scope-of-practice integrity, and a non-coercive, non-exploitative approach to care.

  • Client-Centered Care: Respect for autonomy, agency, and individual pace—no pushy sales or one-size-fits-all promises.

  • Cultural Humility: An openness to ongoing learning about cultural identities, trauma-informed care, and intersectional wellness.

  • Whole-Person Alignment: An understanding of how their work connects with the 8 Dimensions of Wellbeing and a respect for integrative, collaborative support.

our pledge to you

As a seeker in the Hub, you deserve clarity and safety. That’s why we pledge to:

  • Vet every listed practitioner for alignment with our standards

  • Clearly describe each modality—including what it is, what to expect, and who it may benefit

  • Avoid jargon and exaggeration in practitioner profiles and Hub content

  • Honor your instincts and pace—our FIT Formula is designed to empower, not pressure

  • Remain transparent about practitioner visibility (e.g., flat-fee listing, not pay-for-lead)

We honor you.

Accountability Matters

We are not a booking platform. We are a curated resource for discovery, connection, and education. While practitioners are responsible for the services they provide, we maintain the right to remove listings or partnerships that violate our ethical or community guidelines.

If you ever have a concern about a listing, we take that seriously. Your voice matters here.
